VESTA · Verified Evidence & Site Tower Archive

What you have, what's missing, what can be trusted.

VESTA ingests telecommunications site documentation and turns fragmented files into a reviewable, diligence-grade record — identifying what's present, what's missing, and where the record is inconsistent, conflicted, or unsupported.

01The problem

In tower diligence, the record is the risk.

Transactions, regulatory reviews, portfolio evaluations, and operational handoffs all depend on a simple question: does the documentation hold together? Too often the answer is spread across too many files — and the answer isn't known until someone spends weeks finding out.

i.

Documents are scattered.

Leases, amendments, title, surveys, zoning records, permits, structural, environmental, as-builts, inventories, correspondence — spread across systems, folders, and vendors.

ii.

Records disagree.

Coordinates differ between title, survey, and zoning. Site IDs appear differently in different files. Key facts show up in one document but nowhere else.

iii.

Gaps aren't obvious.

A document set looks complete until diligence starts. The FAA determination isn't there. The amendment chain doesn't reconcile. The inventory is stale. Teams find out late.

02How it works

Five stages, from folder to diligence-grade record.

VESTA is not a repository. It reads, classifies, extracts, cross-references, and reports — transforming a fragmented document set into a single reviewable record that teams can actually trust.

01 / 05
Ingest

Any folder, any format. Leases, surveys, permits, title, structural, correspondence — as they are.

02 / 05
Organize

Files routed into a structured review framework. Document types classified, versions identified, duplicates grouped.

03 / 05
Extract

Key facts pulled from every document — coordinates, parties, dates, identifiers, terms, structural details, approvals.

04 / 05
Reconcile

Facts compared across sources. Agreements confirmed. Conflicts, omissions, and unsupported claims surfaced with citations.

05 / 05
Report

A diligence-grade review of what's present, what's missing, what matches, and what doesn't — exportable, defensible, reviewable.

04Who it's for

Built for the teams who live inside the record.

05Positioning

Order, verification, and reporting discipline — at the record level.

VESTA is not a general-purpose AI tool and it is not a document warehouse. It is a review system designed for environments where incomplete or inconsistent records carry commercial, regulatory, and operational consequences.

VESTA is
  • A professional infrastructure-document verification system
Purpose-built for telecommunications site records and adjacent asset-heavy workflows.
  • A structured review framework for complex documentation sets
Classification, extraction, cross-reference, and reporting — measured the same way every time.
  • A trust layer over the record you already have
Works on the documents you've got. Makes them reviewable, not just searchable.
  • Institutional software for high-consequence workflows
Transactions, regulatory reviews, audits, and portfolio diligence where documentation quality matters.
VESTA is not
  • A generic AI document tool
Consumer-grade chat-with-your-PDF assistants don't understand towers, leases, or diligence.
  • A document repository
Storage is a commodity. Verification is the product.
  • A one-size-fits-all schema
Configured to your asset types, jurisdictions, document schedules, and review outputs.
  • A replacement for human judgment
VESTA surfaces what can and can't be supported. Reviewers decide what to do about it.
